My career has always focused on people, growth and development. I began as a physiotherapist, later moving into work on ethnic health inequalities. I lead strategic programmes contributing to research and policy aimed at improving outcomes for communities who are consistently underserved. That experience strengthened my commitment to autonomy, psychological safety, and the importance of creating environments where people can think, speak, and lead with confidence.
Coaching brings these threads together. I’m interested in how people navigate complexity, make decisions, and build trust in their own judgement. My approach is practical, relational, and centered on helping people access their own insight rather than offering advice.
I work in partnership with clients to create space for reflection, challenge, and clearer thinking so they can move forward with intention and self-assurance. I am based on the Suffolk / Norfolk boarder having moved from London five years ago.
